Gee Lee is the only daughter of Nong Pon, born safely at the Journey to Freedom project, a place where elephants are given the freedom to raise their young in a natural, protected environment.
Growing up in the jungle, Gee Lee has thrived. She is a beautiful, healthy young elephant with a curious and playful spirit. Surrounded by her family, she spends her days exploring, learning, and building strong social bonds, essential experiences for elephants her age.
Gee Lee is especially social, showing a natural confidence and a gentle interest in the world around her. Whether she’s playing with other elephants or staying close to her mother, her personality continues to shine.
